Fox Lake Print and Stein Order Form The Fox Lake Chamber of Commerce is proud to continue the set of four limited edition Fox Lake Print and Stein Collections. The 1st of the series, 'The Fisherman' was released in 1995. There are still limited quantities available (Separate order form required). Frank Mittelstadt, the artist, will continue with the remaining 3 sets of scenes and wild life from the Fox Lake area. Orders for the 2nd of this series 'The Depot' should be made by July 30, 2003. They will be available for pickup at the September 27, 2003 banquet at the Fox Lake Community Center. To order a print fill out this form & send in your check to the address below.
